KIZASHI sells digital products only. Every KIZASHI system is a set of downloadable PDF files delivered instantly after payment.

All sales are final

Because our files are delivered and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed, including for change of mind or accidental purchase.

If there is a problem with your files we will always make sure you receive working files. If your download link did not arrive or has stopped working, a file is damaged or will not open, or you received a different product from the one you ordered, we will send you a fresh download link or replacement files at no extra cost.

Write to us at hello@kizashi.store with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 1–2 working days.
