Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of kizashi.store and to every purchase you make from KIZASHI, a unit of ONE–ALT Ventures Private Limited ("KIZASHI", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
KIZASHI sells digital preparation tools, including printable PDF worksheets, trackers and planners. Our products are organisational tools designed to complement your own study material. They are not coaching, do not contain official examination content, and do not guarantee any result, score, rank or selection in any examination. KIZASHI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any government body.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not see or store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order if a product was listed with an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. No refunds
Because our products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your files, we will send you a fresh download link or replacement files, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Licence to use
When you buy a KIZASHI product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own individual, non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and use the files in personal note-taking apps.
You may not: share, forward, upload, sell, resell, rent, sublicense or give away the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, to anyone, including friends, classmates or study groups; post the files or their contents on websites, drives, social media groups, messaging groups, forums or file-sharing platforms; use the files in coaching, classes, institutes or any commercial setting; or edit, rebrand or remove the KIZASHI name or copyright notices from the files, or create derivative products from them.
One purchase is one licence for one person.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products — including designs, layouts, worksheets, text, graphics, and the KIZASHI name and logo — is owned by ONE–ALT Ventures Private Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Unauthorised copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in your licence being terminated and legal action being taken.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is" for organisational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIZASHI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
