Shipping policy

KIZASHI products are digital. Nothing is shipped and no shipping charges apply.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order confirmation page. The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Your files are delivered as a ZIP folder of printable PDFs.

Didn't receive your files?

Check your spam, promotions or updates folder first. If you still cannot find your download link within 2 hours of purchase, write to hello@kizashi.store with your order number and we will resend it.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If it isn't, write to us and we will help you get your files.
